1. Pick one from the Ambrotose range
Ambrotose is Mannatech’s best-known range. There are two main options, and most people choose one.
- Advanced Ambrotose: available as a powder or capsules, made with aloe vera, larch arabinogalactan and wakame, a brown seaweed.
- Ambrotose Complex: the original Ambrotose formula, a blend of plant saccharides.
2. Add PLUS
PLUS comes as caplets made with wild yam, boron, arabinogalactan and amino acids. It’s often taken alongside an Ambrotose product.
3. Popular extras
- Ambrotose AO: capsules from the Ambrotose range, made with added plant extracts.
- Omega-3 with Vitamin D3: fish oil capsules with EPA, DHA and vitamin D3.
